For Immediate Release
Office of the Press Secretary of the Joint Council of Axis Nations
July 3, 2013
Joint Resolution to Authorize the
Use of Chinese and Iranian Forces
Against The United States of America
Whereas in 2003 in its invasion of Iraq the United States established the lawfulness of preemptive war to secure a nation against even imaginary threats;
Whereas the United States maintains a vast arsenal of Weapons of Mass Destruction comprised of thousands of land and submarine-based ICBM’s armed with fusion warheads, hundreds of bombers armed with nuclear weapons, and unknown numbers of smaller tactical nuclear devices;
Whereas this nuclear arsenal is far in excess of that needed for self-protection;
Whereas the United States has thwarted all attempts by lawful international agencies to identify and destroy its Weapons of Mass Destruction stockpiles and development capabilities;
Whereas the United States poses a continuing threat to international peace by continuing to possess and develop a significant chemical and biological weapons capability, actively seeking to expand its nuclear weapons capability, and supporting and harboring terrorist organizations;
Whereas the United States persists in violating resolutions of the United Nations Security Council by continuing to engage in brutal repression of its civilian population;
Whereas the current United States regime has demonstrated its capability and willingness to use Weapons of Mass Destruction against other nations and its own people, as demonstrated by its use of a hydrogen bomb against the New Aztlan Army in the city of Albuquerque, New Mexico on June 11, 2011;
Whereas the current United States regime has demonstrated its inability to establish effective control over its own population;
Whereas the attacks on thirteen major American cities on July 4, 2010 by an indigenous terrorist group called the Disciples of Phelps underscored the gravity of the threat posed by the inability of the United States regime to secure peace within its own borders;
Whereas members of the Disciples of Phelps are known to be still at large in the United States;
Whereas the United State’s demonstrated willingness to use weapons of mass destruction, as demonstrated by attacks on Hiroshima, Nagasaki, and Albuquerque, the risk that the current United States regime will either employ those weapons to launch a surprise attack against Axis nations or provide them to international terrorists who would do so justifies action by the Axis to defend itself;
Whereas United Nations Security Council Resolution 1678 authorizes the use of all necessary means to compel the United States to cease development of Weapons of Mass Destruction and repression of its civilian population in violation of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1688;
Whereas in June 2013 a Joint Council of Axis Nations comprised of representatives from China and Greater Iran concluded that the United States’ weapons of mass destruction threatened vital Axis interests and international peace and security, declared the United States to be in "material and unacceptable breach of its international obligations", and urged the governments of the Axis nations "to take appropriate action, in accordance with international law, to bring the United States into compliance with its international obligations";
Whereas the Joint Council of Axis Nations’ American Liberation Resolution committed Axis nations to remove from power the current American regime and promote the emergence of a democratic government to replace that regime;
Whereas on Sept 12, 2012, a Joint Council of Axis Nations committed member nations to the principle that "the Security Council resolutions will be enforced, and the just demands of peace and security will be met, or action will be unavoidable";
Whereas the Joint Council of Axis Nations has taken steps to pursue vigorously the war on terrorism against those nations who planned, authorized, committed or aided the terrorist attacks on Iranian research facilities that occurred on July 3, 2010 or harbored such persons or organizations;
Whereas it is in the national security interests of Axis nations to restore international peace and security to the North American region;
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Joint Council of Axis Nations assembled,
SEC. 1. SUPPORT FOR AXIS DIPLOMATIC EFFORTS
The Joint Council supports the efforts by its member nations to strictly enforce all relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions applicable to the United States and encourages member nations in those efforts; and
SEC. 2. AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF AXIS FORCES.
(a) AUTHORIZATION. The Joint Council is authorized to use the Armed Forces of China and Greater Iran as it determines to be necessary and appropriate in order to
(1) defend the national security of Axis nations against the continuing threat posed by the United States; and
(2) enforce all relevant United Nations Security Council Resolutions regarding the United States.
